Yield Gallery is a contemporary art house with global operations and a complex backstory, one that collided with headlines, liquidation, and legal scrutiny in early 2025. Amidst rising media pressure, disqualified directors, and stakeholder uncertainty, the business faced more than a reputational crisis. It faced an existential one.

Yield approached The Atticism and Chad Teixeira Media with a clear but urgent brief: protect brand equity, rebuild public trust, and craft a credible new chapter for the gallery’s operations in London, Dubai, and beyond.

Immediate Crisis Response

We are leading a high-intensity 90-day campaign to contain reputational fallout, develop legally sound messaging, and take back control of the media narrative. From reactive press kits to digital clean-up, our focus was on clarity, compliance, and calming the storm.

Repositioning Through Storytelling

To move forward, we didn’t spin. We reframed. Our “Yield: A New Chapter” campaign focused on artist-first narratives, transparent operations, and curatorial integrity. Media coverage, influencer support, and gallery-led content all worked together to signal reform, not rebranding.

Leadership Narrative & Trust Signals

We quietly removed legacy names, elevated new spokespersons, and implemented a tone framework that could withstand media scrutiny while reassuring collectors, artists, and partners. Every sentence was built for scrutiny. Every visual, timed for credibility.

Strategic SEO & Sentiment Monitoring

Because in reputational repair, Google is ground zero. We initiated a long-term SEO and ORM campaign to suppress legacy headlines, boost positive coverage, and ensure that the gallery’s new identity could surface, and stick.
