Our Role
The Atticism has been engaged to lead Talent X’s public relations strategy, helping the brand challenge traditional recruitment narratives and raise awareness of its human-first, profit-smart model. We are supporting both brand visibility and founder profiling across Australian media.
Scope of Work
- Media Relations – Securing placements in HR, business, lifestyle, and trade publications to amplify Talent X’s unique positioning.
- Thought Leadership – Positioning Marnie Jones as a voice of authority in recruitment innovation, management strategy, and ethical workplace culture.
- Content Strategy – Creating and pitching opinion pieces, industry commentary, and topical angles aligned to current workforce trends.
- Experiential PR – Supporting Talent X’s live activations and client education events to further establish brand equity.
