As The Atticism was born in the Inner West of Sydney, we always find it exciting when we get to work with one of our local institutions!
Situated on Enmore road, in the heart of Newtown, Hartsyard is run by experienced chefs and partners in life, Dorothy Lee and Jarrod Walsh. The menu boasts a delicious mix of modern Australian and Asian inspired dishes featuring fresh, seasonal produce along with carefully crafted cocktails and exclusively Aussie wines.
We met Ash-lea during her visit at the restaurant and she reached out to us towards the end of the meal and hence the beginning of our relationship with The Atticism.
That was an impressive move for us, Ash-lea and Alice are both absolutely amazing at their job. Their energy, insights and ideas helped us grow both the business and as a team. The work that Atticism has done for us is greatly appreciated!
