ELIJAH’S KITCHEN

The Atticism are so honoured to be working with Elijah’s Kitchen in 2019.

Elijah’s is the project of chef Zach Green, a Gunditjmara and Palawa man creating an exciting range of fusion cuisine that celebrates the best of fresh, local produce with an Indigenous focus. In April 2018, Elijah’s Kitchen emerged as a purpose-built commercial kitchen on wheels, destined to Pop-Up at various locations across Australia.

It’s an opportunity to dine and discover the unique stories attached to the ingredients, passed on from generation to generation. Through Zach’s food, diners will learn how Aboriginal people are still living these stories.
